S/he would also maintain relationships with the country office departments, including Finance and Logistics. The PO would be line managed by the SPM and would line manage the LGA Field Assistants in-charge of the assigned LGAs (presumably within a specific senatorial zone of a state). The Program Officer (PO) while reporting to the State Project Manager(SPM) and based at the state office, will line mange the LGA Field Assistants within his area of coverage. , provide leadership and stewardship to the project team and maintain collaborative links with the project’s key stakeholders at the LGA level. The three agencies have found that by joining together and relying on each other they are better able to remain small, viable, and true to their values. Today, Networx, Life Works and Creative Support Alternatives have developed an informal alliance designed to share the gifts and resources that the respective agencies have to offer. Deborah received extensive support from three already existing Supported Living Agencies, Creative Support Alternatives, Diverse Journeys, and Life Works who were all instrumental in helping the vision of Networx to become a reality. Networx was founded by Deborah Callahan in June of 2007, with services beginning as of September of 2007.
